Bajaj Pulsar 200NS launched

India's leading motorbike player, Bajaj Motors, on Monday unvieled the next generation Bajaj Pulsar 200 cc motorcycle on Monday.

Rajiv Bajaj, managing director Babaj Motors, launched the new Bajaj Pulsar 200cc in Mumbai.

Interacting with reporters, Rajiv said that the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS is the best middle-class sports bike. He said that

the new Bajaj Pulsar will be commercially launched in next fiscal through 600 dealers across the country.

Bajaj said that the bike is priced e below Rs 1 lakh.

The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS sports advanced SOHC 4-valve triple spark engine and it will be controlled by an electronic control unit. Bajaj Pulsar 200NS will also have six speed gear box.

The production of the motorcycle will be held at company's Chakan plant in Pune.

About future plans, Bajaj said the company plans to launch more models in 2012 and hopes to increase market share to 32 per cent from the present 26 per cent in Indian motorcycle market over the next few years.
